Grand Lies by J.C. Hawke

4.0

I promise you forever, my Pixie.”

Mason Lowell: Broody. Overprotective. Angry. Dominant. Sexy as all Hell. Alpha Male. Business Owner.

Nina Anderson: Down to Earth. Sassy. Troubled Past. Strong. Resilient. Dance Teacher.

These two went through all of it. When it was good, they were straight fire. When it was bad, they collided hard. They took the turns of the emotional rollercoaster hard and you felt every single twist and turn. These two are seriously toxic but we really got to see deep down into the characters because of it.

Mason and Nina have an instant connection, there was just something between them from the very first moment they laid eyes on each other.

There was so many secrets kept and so much suspense throughout this book. And let’s not get started on this cliffhanger.

I thoroughly enjoyed this first book and so ready for the second. Grand Lies is full of emotions, promises, lies, betrayal, heartbreak. And I was here for every single minute.
