Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.

This premise and beginning show me that this is exactly my kind of fun spooky book... About 23 years ago. I tried listening to the story, but off the bat it felt too immature for me. I am not the target audience, though, so I would still feel confident giving this to an upper elementary or middle grade reader.
