The Love Letter by Lucinda Riley

3.0

There was just TOO much going on in this book. There was some kind of weird mystery that finally gets resolved right near the end, and even as that was being sort of revealed, I was still trying to work out the whole point. Then there was the romance between characters, including one that was stilted and uncomfortable, which was frustrating to read about. Then there was all the espionage and mysterious deaths. What I found really strange was the use of real titles, almost alluding to real royalty, which seemed a bit much. Probably the use of different, fictional ones would have made me enjoy this more.
