Death Comes to Pemberley by P.D. James

I read this the first time just following watching the miniseries (which was perfectly cast) and I think that may have helped. It is a Jane Austen court drama in many ways but I do enjoy it as a look at Darcy and Elizabeth's married life and how they have maneuvered (and avoided) the family drama over the years. In the end, the mystery is not the best but the glimpse into the future for the Darcys is worth it in my book.
