This one did not work for me AT ALL. It's SO insta-lovey. Even for a novella, it's SUPER FAST. In ONE DAY it goes from "Who tf are you, and why are you in my house. Hell no, I don't need a mate, fuck off" to "Mate of my heart, I love you." This is the first Shifters Unbound book that I just really disliked. So many things are just ridiculous.

Shane get's kidnapped, but right as they're about to rescue him, even though they don't know if he's alive or dead, WAIT! His mother and his mother's suitors have to right now settle whether or not they're going to be mated, and the brother fist pumps excitedly... Okay, NOW we can rescue Shane. The hell?

One night of necking on the couch and now Nell's in love. Yeah, okay.

The pacing was awful smh.
