Glitches by Marissa Meyer
3.0
This was a cute short story that accompanies the book [b:Cinder|11235712|Cinder|Marissa Meyer|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1317794278s/11235712.jpg|15545385]. It reveals Cinder's childhood once she joins her new family after her accident, and gives you a glimpse into how she was treated from the very start by her step mother and step sisters.
I feel like it provided a lot more understanding of the characters motives and the reasons for their actions. Still though it wasn't exactly necessary. I don't think we really learned anything too new from the story, just had some things clarified.
I am glad though that I read this book AFTER reading Cinder. If I had read it before the full length novel I think I would have been a bit confused and not understand why anyone treated Cinder the way they do.
If you have already read Cinder though I would recommend reading this as well. Mostly just to read about her youngest sister and the creation of Iko!
