This was another of those “what did I just read?” books. I really enjoyed it. The writing is well done. The story is well developed and yet still leaves me wondering what the heck happened?!

I love that the epilogues ended the way they did and you’re left wondering if Mark will go through with his plan or if the allure of the perfect meal/drink will deter him. You’re left wondering which of the 3 choices Karin will take. I personally think it’s choice 3 to see what biodiversity will exist after humans are extinct.
