Absolutely funny and appropriately dealing with the subject matter with care. Depression and suicide are triggering tropics but this was most about not feeling alone when these things happen. How famous people just like me live with depression. I highly recommend this book. It was a little scattered and rambled at times but such minor flaws in the whole that it got nicked the half star. Really a fine piece of you are in the mindset for it. Boy only did it clarify my own thoughts and feelings but it brought to my attention some things I hadn’t considered and really should.
Moderate: Death, Death of parent, Grief, Mental illness, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , Suicidal thoughts, Suicide, Suicide attempt, Terminal illness, Alcoholism, and Addiction
Minor: Animal death
