This book was transformational. It was just what I needed right now. I realized that I already try to parent in this way, but the book has given me a structure to approach conversations with my kids rather than just trying to wing it. During the last week I’ve already been using Plan B, and I can already feel it healing my relationship with my oldest after years of me reverting to Plan A. I’m so excited to continue to grow as a parent!
