Maybe I went into this book with the wrong expectations. But it felt more like a self biography and a story of addiction rather than an inspirational guide to a no shop year.
 I didn't relate to most of the book and it felt very all over the place, jumping back and forth often talking as if I had read her blog and had more intimate knowledge of the things she was talking about. 

All in all this left me disappointed and I don't feel like I got much out of it
