Im glad i went in without any expectations because i heard this is marketed as part self-help. Please don't read it expecting that, this is more of a person's journey with mental health documented and how she deals with it and one of the first steps she took to get better is going to therapy. I really liked how unfiltered the author tried to be about her behavior and thoughts, I imagine It was very difficult to share something so vulnerable with so many people
