Struggling between 3.75 -4 stars but landing on 4. this book was BEAUTIFUL. The characters healing and growth together was so healthy, human, and layered. Rafael love gestures were swoonyyy and both FMC/MMC were so loveable. I also have such a special place for single parent romances 🥲. This one had me hooooked and I loved the pace of their relationship and how cautious they were with each other- it made their story stand out from the typical structure of contemp romances in a sweet way. MY ONLY CRITICISMS- some of the inner and outer dialogues felt repetitive, cliche, and cheesy at times. Not all the time, but enough to doc a few points for me
