5+ ⭐️ WOW… I truly have no words. From start to finish this book was INCREDIBLE.  I am heartbroken, crushed, inspired, blown away, and more than anything excited to see where this series will lead next.

This book really teaches you that in life we often try to fit in to roles others expect of us. Through the process of becoming what the world wants it’s easy to forget who you are. In fact maybe you never even knew at all. I am so happy Darrow finally found himself. He is someone that has worn many masks and played many roles and in this book he finally found his own path. He realized that he doesn’t need to be the Reaper, a gold, a red, a hell diver, anything… he just needs to be Darrow. I have loved this journey for him and I cannot wait for him to kick some Lysander ass in Red God

RIP CASSIUS 😭😭 I truly want to throw up. That was the most tragic character death I have ever experienced. I didn’t even see it coming :( Cassius had such an incredible character arch in this book too. I feel like he finally found himself in a place he belonged and found people who love him. I am truly depressed by his death and I’m not sure I’ll ever recover. FUCK YOU LYSANDER. I hope that piece of shit gets what’s coming for him.

“I am Cassius Bellona, son of Tiberius, son of Julia, brother of Darrow, Morning Knight of the Solar Republic, and my honor remains.”
