3.5 stars, rounded up because the story was so good, but really wanted to dock stars for Lucy being angsty.
I'm also so glad Skull is back - I've missed his blood-thirsty yet highly amusing chatter.
I think I can read about their adventures for a long time - I just love the world Stroud has built. Yes, I know it's dangerous and I probably wouldn't survive if we had The Problem, but it's just so interesting! Gah, one more book to go... I don't want their adventures to end!
A question that's been bugging me.... Is this issue only happening in the UK? Cuz it seems like it.

I'm so glad Lucy and Holly are more accepting of each other by the end of the book. I realised belatedly that Holly's interactions are from Lucy's perspective, so I'm more inclined to think Holly's perceived tone was biased towards being passive aggressive - unless Holly was being passive aggressive. But judging by how jealous Lucy was feeling, I think it would be a safe assumption that Holly wasn't being as passive aggressive as Lucy believed.I'm also so glad Skull is back - I've missed his blood-thirsty yet highly amusing chatter.
