"Both of us," he said, "Or neither"

Holy moly, it has been so long since I've read this book, but I'm literally so glad that I did. This book was actually amazing omg, I loved it, I literally can't think of any faults atm. I loved Nemesis and how she gradually grew to understand human emotions and the change that she underwent. The fact that she would die for Sidonia I found so awe-inspiring like obviously, that is what she was made for, but to see the all-compassing love that she had for her, omg. I loved Tyrus
Spoiler even though I doubted him so much towards the end and I think I'll doubt him a lot more in books 2 & 3

Whatever lay ahead, it would always be the two of us above the rest of the universe, and woe to any who dared step in our path

I loved the whole concept of stepping in Sidonia's place to protect her and how Nemesis had superior strength and was like this incredible creature who can kill without any thought. It made me want to strive to work out and become stronger myself to be more like Nemesis.

And omg okay so their romance?!?! even though this was such a political scifi book, the romance part could literally keep me reading just for that. Like Tyrus and Nemesis pls, endgame. BUT THE POLITICS IN THIS BOOK WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD TOO, it was so clever and interwoven that I couldnt put it down and I even know what happens in this book.

Anyways, literally so good, I'll be buying the other two books.

I did this for you. This was all for you. The universe may deliever itself unto my possession, and I'll still feel as though I've lost everything without you by my side. I am madly in love with you, and I hope to all the stars you still feel something about me
