Wow! For some crazy ass reason, I have a thing for these books where a guy controls a girl. However, this was another level. Usually, it's just the bedroom, where the girl willingly submits, and then he controls her life subtley without the girl realising or caring. In this? He came out and said it. I control you, day and night. I'll admit, he was way too overbearing. I would have beat his ass, but she loved it, so I don't really mind. It was a lovely story of a girl holding onto her past, instead of giving into the "fairytale" as she put it. She realises ace actually doesn't trust her, and in the end it takes her life in danger for him to realise he does trust her. I can't wait to see Ash's love story, he was the one I liked from the beginning. He has no loving family besides his friends. And by the looks of it, it's going to start with him seeing his family as his visit is coming close. I hope his grandfather is lovely. He sounds it from what ash says. Always the grandfather with money who is nice and the parents below him trying to milk them dry on their death bed. Assholes. Time will tell.
