Pretty cringe with the spice and the guy being a jerk but still being pined after. The parts about the main girl's emotional journey were solid though I wish they addressed the problematic landlords' behavior and had a resolution for her standing up for herself in that way. The relationship was not exactly full of emotional depth but had some cute moments especially towards the end once the will they/won't they was over.

Jerking off in the shower and sitting on someone's face is not radical sex acts or crazy fantasies. I don't know if that was suppose to show how naive she was or what but that took me out
