Did not finish book. Stopped at 23%.

I don't love the authors writing style and she uses a ton of outdated terminology. The story just doesn't flow well. I understand that backstory is necessary but it was just so...dense. I gave the other Anne Rule book I had to my mother and now I remember why. Good thing this one belongs to her. I don't think I'll be revisiting this book but I will definitely look into the case.
