Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion

4.0

A sentient zombie's inner monologue on the meaning of life, death, life-in-death, death-in-life, and love. Not your run of the mill zombie gorefest, full of humor and pathos and a unique perspective on what it means to be human. I went into the book expecting very little and was quickly captivated by the humor and the fresh approach to the tired and lifeless zombie genre. If you are going to read a zombie book this year, make it this one!
