Did not finish book. Stopped at 85%.

This book roped me in, but I was always hoping the author would change the way she was writing the abusers. I got most of the way done with the book, but the victim continued to “fall” for the manipulating violent men & I couldn’t accept that any longer. There was also no need to objectify Louise’s body as often as the author did. I understand that was most of why the men wanted her, but you could’ve cut half of it out & the message would have still been heard.
