Sophie's World, by Jostein Gaarder

1.0

The idea for this book is interesting, but it's hard to enjoy a book when the characters all sound like mouthpieces for the author. Maybe if the philosophy lectures were made into separate chapters placed throughout the book, and Jostein Gaarder had given his characters more depth, this would've been a good book. Unfortunately, that isn't the case.
