Duking It Out by E.J. Russell

4.0

I thoroughly enjoyed this new take on super powers and royalty.
I'm not one for forced proximity but being stranded on a deserted island really ticked my boxes.
Tarik and Sander were snarky and angry but once they learned to work together and figured out why they had such rogue feelings, the plot exploded.

Tarik’s aha moment of figuring out Sander’s power was the best part of the book. Once his head was out of his posterior, he buckled down and forced Sander to understand it as well.

The dance between the two characters as their feelings blossomed was a delight and I sighed when they realized their feelings for each other.
I think anyone who like Royalty books or forced proximity or enemy to lover will enjoy EJ Russell's book.

I received a copy for an honest review.
