Bit of a let down, your best bet is stopping the series at "life the universe and everything". It is slightly better than "so long and thanks for all the Fish" actually having a plot but it wasn't as fun. I did like the beginning with Ford falling from the office building and the interesting premise of alternate universes.
I didn't like the Guide becoming some omnipotent being, it is meant to be a form of a narrator commentating on the story rather than being a main element within the story.
I did love this series and characters just sad that it wasn't a great climax and was dragged out for too long. It should've have just stayed a trilogy rather than a trilogy of 5.
