Great fun if you have an itch sword & sorcery.
And while I might say it's less "the new" sword and sorcery and more "recent" sword and sorcery I recognize that I am splitting hairs most folks wouldn't care about splitting.
If you like sword and sorcery or secondary world adventure fantasy, read this book.
