Everyone in this book is obnoxiously insufferable and pretentious. Being a snob about Cadbury chocolate and Macallan whisky? Itâs like someone took the most basic preferences from the first page of Google and decided they made the characters seem sophisticated⌠yet they say âwhip creamâ instead of âwhipped creamâ I guess. This needed an editor. JFC.
