I would describe this as a pretty average crime thriller. It was slow for the most part, though I wouldn't say I was bored. I just wasn't super excited to pick up the book. There was a completely random and unnecessary romance weaved into the plot. Abduction and serial killers are a big part of the plot in this one, so I would say if you don't enjoy those things (like me), then this probably isn't the book for you. There was also a lot of influencer talk that I wasn't a huge fan of either. The writing and audiobook were good, but overall this was pretty mid and unmemorable for me. I could recommend it to people who like this sort of book, but I don't think I'm one of them.
