Absolutely loved this book! I’m a sucker for enemies to lovers, arranged marriages, and of course vampire and mortals! Isolde and Adrian’s story captured me in full force. I absolutely loved Isolde because of how strong she is! She came to the Red Palace with her new husband and even though she was married to the “enemy” she still stood her ground and made sure they knew that she was the queen, that that was her husband, and if you had a problem then she would take you down. Adrian! I loved that he stood by her, down to wiping the blood from her sword after she used it, to taking down anyone who came for her.

I know there have been a lot of mix reviews on this book and to each their own… but for me? This was amazing and I can’t wait to start the next one!
