Captivating, Heart Gripping and Beautiful.
I’ve had this book as a top read in my TBR since it’s release, and I knew I had to prepare my heart in advance to read it.
This is my first Shanora Williams book and I read it with an open mind and heart. From the start to the end I was consumed, my heart was held hostage, it swooned, it wept, it bled, and fell in love.
This story was addictive, beautiful and so powerful. I could relate to so many aspects of this story and I found myself completely captivated with Marcel and Gabby’s story.
I absolutely cannot wait to read Book 2.
