This was ok. The pacing was weird. At the end of the book, comments were made about ages going by, and I couldn’t figure out when that happened. All the scenes I listened to counted time in days.
some parts of character development confused me. I didn’t understand why they felt certain ways; just seemed to appear. Another review said that a lot of things happen in the background, and I guess so.
I really enjoyed the first third. The middle third was meh, and the last third was ok.
