I’ve tandem read this book with A Touch of Darkness and I loved it. It wasn’t easy to switch from one book to another but it was a great experience. Both books were on my kindle so it was easy.
I preferred this one compared to A Touch Of Darkness because Hades was honest and truthful with Persephone except about his bet with Aphrodite. But other than that he didn’t hesitate to call Persephone on her bullshit even if it hurts.
Once again, I totally recommend doing it: the chapters follow themselves very well and it’s interesting to see both povs. If you’re interested in doing so, it’s easy to find the reading order ☺️ but at the same time I can understand if you prefer reading one book at a time ahah. I wanted a challenge that’s why I’ve done it 🤭
