Sloan is still struggling 2 years after the sudden death of her husband, drifting through her routines and visiting his grave throughout the year on their special days. This time when she plans to visit, a dog runs into the street and while trying to save him, he jumps right into her car through the roof - I love this start!❤️

Turns out Tucker’s owner is MIA and she bonds with him for a few weeks until Jason finally calls her back. He’s a musician currently on tour in Australia and completely unaware his dog was missing. They play phone tag and exchange flirty texts and a romcom is born.🤩

After the ending in The Friend Zone, I was crushed and gutted for Sloan so to see her flourishing again was heartwarming. Jason was a gentleman until that 3rd act breakup misunderstanding that took off half a star from my rating🫣, a bit too cliche if you ask me. The playlist is super catchy and on repeat, highly recommended!
