The Governess Game by Tessa Dare

Cute! I like this one about as much as the first one. Chase is a slightly more irritating hero than Ash was, but Daisy and Rosamund make up for it.
At times, I find Tessa Dare's style to be a bit too precious. The style didn't bother me in the Castles Ever After Series, but I couldn't stand it in the Spindle Cove series. It works for me here, but I'm worried this may be a problem in the next book, which is Lady Penelope's story. She's just too ... cutesy.
Despite that, I'm glad we get to see characters and couples, even beyond their own book. These people are all close friends, so it makes sense that they'd play a vital role in each other's lives rather than being shuffled to the background.
