Dear Senthuran: A Black Spirit Memoir by Akwaeke Emezi

This was so powerful and gave so much insight to all of their works that I have read. I have read 3 books by them and they have all been hard, yet powerful and amazing reads. Reading this memoir was illuminating to how much the author has but their literal self into the work. Emezi is a favorite author.
