Ok let's talk about this book....
First of all I want to thank the person who got me this book.... You're a star!
And I wanna be honest..... I fast forwarded through the book from the half and so on...
I loved the vibe it gave, so autumny, but what I didn't like is the long conversations, (not Oliver and Annis's)....
1)Characters:
Annis Wynchwood, she was the best, independent, kind, loving, Respectable, the type of herione you like to read about, that is part of my issue about this book, I read it only for Annis!
Oliver Carleton, he was good, not amazing by any means, but good....
Luccila I have no words to describe her honestly....
Ninnian was great! Agian not AMAZING, yk.
Miss Farlow, now she bothered me so much, she's just blah blah blah.... Like 3 to 4 pages or more were just her conversations....
2)Writing:
The writing was unique, not one I like, since I don't read a lot of classics but unique...
3)Plot:
Like i said i fast forwarded through the second half, but the plot was something different and I appreciate that!
4)Character development:
Idk honestly, it maybe why I didn't read it fully!
Overall I might give it another chance later in the future, but I'm afraid it would put me in a reading slump if I continue reading slowly! And honestly i don't think I'm currently in the mood for it!
Now the question is, would I recommend it to anyone, yes, as I said maybe I'm not in the mood for this, but it is definitely worth reading!
Btw I gave this book 3.5 stars for the writing and Annis...
