Did not finish book. Stopped at 8%.

This graphic novel ticked a lot of boxes for me. The biggest was the concept of depressive reality escapism gone wrong, which gave me Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind vibes. I liked the art, too. Neon weirdness for the win! That said I did find the story a little difficult to follow at times and the file itself had blurry text which didn’t help. Unfortunately I ended up not finishing it because of this. It’s probably going to be a favourite for a lot of readers, and I’m thankful to the publisher and Netgalley for the opportunity to give it a crack myself.
