Just Another Missing Person by Gillian McAllister

3.0

"Would a good person go to any lengths to get justice?"

I'm really torn on this one. On one hand, it's a pretty good mystery. It kept me guessing and flipping the pages. I really liked Emma and Lewis' POVs thrown in there. I think they really flushed out the story and gave perspective on Julia. But I struggled with Julia. I think I'm just over corrupt police officers. I know, I know, protecting blah blah blah. But at some point, we have to stop normalizing cutting corners and exploiting loopholes just because you can.

But I rolled with the story anyways. I really wanted to know what happened to Olivia. A dead end ally, CCTV showing her going in but never coming out. Going missing still blows my mind. So it was good if you can ignore a few small things. The story is really pretty good.
