An Elderly Lady Must Not Be Crossed by Helene Tursten

3.25

i like this movement of the story outside of sweden. this book is mostly flashbacks to things Maud has done and are weighing on her conscious as she heads to south Africa. she really knows how to use the old lady card to get her out of trouble.
she ends the story doing some good deeds and helps out two families in South Africa and it makes me like her more. I've never had to call my bank to do big international transactions but i feel like i wouldn't even know what to ask for. but her bank complies and she ends up planning a move to Cape Town
