Delving deeper into the magical world of Harry Potter, the second in the series starts to bring in a bigger sense of intrigue with the story of the Chamber of Secrets and bringing in Lord Voldemort even more.
Rereading this I love picking up sections that link and foreshadow to later in the series.
I enjoyed this book a lot and found it written very similarly to the Philosopher’s Stone so very easy to read.
I particularly enjoy how Lockhart is written and had a giggle to myself in a lot of lines!
Moderate: Death, Racism, Slavery, Death of parent, and Injury/Injury detail
