Oh this volume was even more heartbreaking than the last. I don't think Shizuku fully grasps
the truth and intensity of Kaori's illness because she still thinks she's going to get better.
I truly feel for her as it's a tough situation in general. I wish I'd read this closer to the release of volume 5 because now I'm having a book hangover 😭
