Rapture by Lauren Kate
3.0
The very last book in the Fallen series.
It picked up straight away from the third book, which I found good because it didn't mean that the author started it off with slow, unnecessary bits. The love between Luce and Daniel was still very passionate that you could just feel that their love could outlive anything.
I liked the way that the characters went on a journey to find these artifacts to help them locate the scene of the Fall, but it was also a personal journey for Luce to find out who she really was, and gosh when I read who she really was, I was very shocked! I did not expect that reveal but at the same time, it kinda made sense in regards to Luce and Lucifer.
And the ending. My god, my heart just welled up. I really liked the way it ended and it tied up all the loose ends of the series. I almost cried at the ending because after all they been through, Luce and Daniel finally got what they wanted, even if it came in the most unexpected ways.
