I read this in one day. The lack of communication in the couple's relationship frustrated me, but made for a better story. The main character's dishonesty caused me to lose sympathy for her. But, as in real life, we are all multi faceted human beings. The juxtaposition of the two stories kept my interest. I am not a religious person at all, but I actually appreciated the conflict the priest was having over forgiveness. I found this entertaining and somewhat thought provoking, and it would make a great airplane read.
