Things I Wish I Knew Before My Mom Died: Coping with Loss Every Day by Ty Alexander

I didn't find this book that great.
The author is raw and honest about losing her mum and I agree whole heartedly that loosing a parent is horrendously difficult.
Maybe if I hadn't spent my near whole life living that grief it would have been more profound and more revelation a for me but sadly that's not the case.
If you've made it to your 30s / 40s with both parents I think that's a huge blessing.
Probably a great book for someone who is new to grief and never lost more than a pet.
