having reflected since my original review 8 days ago, i’d say that i was more interested in the eight stories than i was in the larger plot, but it was still a well done book :)

I didn’t like the second ending though. I felt like there wasn't a need for it to end on such a bad note with Grant turning out to be this evil person? I much preferred the first ending since Julia can get some closure about her Dad being dead, but even then it wasn’t exactly needed.
