I'm not kidding when I say I couldn't put this book down. I haven't read a great werewolf story in a long time and this checked off all the boxes for me. Glenn has a way with painting vivid imagery with his words, so much that you believe you can feel the rain and the fear. The characters were developed well enough that you felt warmly towards them but it didn't distract from the ultimate focus, the werewolf. Too many times, one of my favorite creatures has been done a huge injustice when someone tries to properly capture its essence in the form of a story, but Glenn has done a wonderful job and has given us a werewolf story to be proud of.
