I can't quite put my finger on it but this just didn't work.
I get the idea of it, there are a race of vampires that are good and a race that arn't. It just took too long to get into and considering I paid for this book I'm a little disappointed with the outcome.
I suspect its being set up for a really weird love triangle, and with whom is just weird.
