This was the first historical I've read in years that drew me in. I'm used to the writings of Lindsey, and Banks, and I have not read anything quite like them in a while. While Lorret came close, Lindsey is in a class by herself. Even so; I got swept up in Asher and Winn's story and I could not put it down. I cannot wait to read the second book in this series.
