This is the book that I read as a kid that made me love reading. I tell that to people and they look at me sideways because it’s so spooky and they can’t understand why a kid would love this book. But what can I say? I knew I loved the spookies early! This story has so many thoughtful aspects and is about a young woman learning to brave in order to protect the people she loves the most. Yes, it is spooky, so keep that in mind before giving this ti your lil ones!
