Tempting the Bride by Sherry Thomas

4.0

I am not a fan of the amnesia plot but I really enjoyed Tempting the Bride. Loved both Hastings and Helena and how they got together. There were a lot of sweet moments between them. But I especially rooted for Hastings--he really was his own worst enemy. I cheered when Helena finally got to see him beyond the jerk facade he shows her. I also loved the scenes with his daughter, Bea.

It was great seeing Millie and Fitz too, because I felt that their story ended a little abruptly in [b:Ravishing the Heiress|13051602|Ravishing the Heiress (Fitzhugh Trilogy, #2)|Sherry Thomas|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1326225990s/13051602.jpg|18216417]. But, like in RtH, Tempting the Bride too quick to end and that is why it's only getting 4 stars. It was a happily-ever-after ending (of course!) but it wasn't an especially satisfying one.
