Grimm Tales from the Cave is a graphic novel comprised of several horror stories that are twists on modern fairy tales such as The Pied Piper, Rumplestiltskin & Rapunzel.

I picked up on the story origins/references with some quicker than others (probably because I'm an uncultured swine), but it was nice to see them slightly more modernised.

Each one had a brilliant art style & were gruesome in their own right, but the three stand out ones for me were Pay the Piper, Weft & Hello, My Name is. Not only were the art styles fantastic & grim, but the retellings themselves were out standing & extremely well done.

Overall, I found this an enjoyable & quick read.
