Britannia: Lost Eagles of Rome by Robert Gill, Peter Milligan

adventurous mysterious tense fast-paced

4.0

I largely enjoyed this more thanĀ  the second volume, as it rides that line between mystery and magic a bit better. And the characters, mystery, and consequences seem a bit more interesting. Art is decent, Nero remains a lunatic, and the detectioner is still fun to follow around.
